The word Energy in itself has been something that has called to me from a pretty young age. Astrology was something I looked to daily as a child, not for predictions but to try and better understand energy and flow. I would say my journey “officially” started when I was in search of more spiritual knowledge that offered me more words to explain what I understood at my core.  During the early pursuit of my B.A. in Business Management I was introduced to Hinduism & Yoga Philosophy. It was there where I started to learn about Chakras (energy centers or wheels) in the body.

     Between the time of my receiving my B.A. and beginning my M.A. in East West Psychology, I researched more into this “new” philosophy, gaining what I could, but it wasn’t until I started my Master’s program where I would get access to in depth, and ancient knowledge. As I continued diving I began learning that this knowledge is embedded in many spiritual traditions, which in turn prepared me to connect back to my ancestral spiritual practices, as well as the one I thought I’d left behind.
