Intuitive Energy Worker, Reiki Practitioner, Integrative Psychologist, Writer, & Professional Figure Skating Coach.

The word Energy in itself has been something that has called to me from a pretty young age. Astrology was something I looked to daily as a child, not for predictions but to try and better understand energy and flow. I would say my journey “officially” started when I was in search of more spiritual knowledge that offered me more words to explain what I understood at my core.  During the early pursuit of my B.A. in Business Management I was introduced to Hinduism & Yoga Philosophy. It was there where I started to learn about Chakras (energy centers or wheels) in the body.

Between the time of my receiving my B.A. and beginning my M.A. in East West Psychology, I researched more into this “new” philosophy, gaining what I could, but it wasn’t until I started my Master’s program where I would get access to in depth, and ancient knowledge. As I continued diving I began learning that this knowledge is embedded in many spiritual traditions, which in turn prepared me to connect back to my ancestral spiritual practices, as well as the one I thought I’d left behind.

While attaining my degree, my intention was to begin embodying this melting pot of spiritual currency provided to me by my ancestors, guides, and angels for the good and the good of all involved, Higher (Inner) Self and Source. In this rebirthing process I lost over 90lbs. In 2018 Angela Omulepu, a Reiki Master and friend, formally introduced me to Reiki, which is a healing technique that promotes relaxation in the body, and activates the body’s natural healing ability.

I envision Embodied Spirituality as being a platform that I can help people to unify and create a real home for their spirituality and embodied expression.  I am creating a network for people across many spiritual paths, and at different parts of their journey.
