Smudging with Sage
Sage is burned as a way to heal, protect, increase wisdom, and boost defense against disease.  White Sage is used for cleansing, purification, and to open people up to a greater connection with the divine. It also clears away negative energy, and can be used to cleanse the aura of a person from stuck old energies.  White Sage has antimicrobial properties that help kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi, helping to purify air quality.
